This flexible and easily configurable module can produce
invoices in the following formats:
- HTML (for web presentation)
- PDF (for emailing or web downloading)
- HPA (for bulk printing) or any other
printer's format.
- Or be sent straight to the printer
for in-house printing.
Customer's can also choose to have sections of their invoice
switched on or off.
Cost centre reporting and invoice analysis graphs (including
Most frequently called areas (International, National), History
of charges, Breakdown of charges by charge type, Top twenty
numbers called, Call distribution by service tag) as well
Inbound Service analysis, are standard.
